VirtuaPBX from Intramation is a hosted telephony solution that is particularly aimed at the small business and business start up market sectors. VirtuaPBX allows the client access to powerful features such as voicemail, voice recording, music on hold, call transfer multiple lines, in fact all the features of a normal telephone system without the upfront capital costs normally associated with the required hardware and installation.
VirtuaPBX uses the latest VoIP communications technology, a router and broadband internet to connect to a high technology software based telecommunications server located at our offices.
System Features:
- Full voicemail (can also be sent directly to email)
- Custom music on hold
- Custom on hold messaging. Bespoke on hold messages allow you to play advertisements or company information to callers on hold. These can be recorded by simply using your handset.
- Bespoke greetings allow you to present a professional image to each and every caller (e.g. thank you for calling ABC Ltd, your call will be handled shortly).
- Multiple inbound lines.
- Out of hours call divert, either to voicemail or another number (calls transferred externally are charged at normal BT rates).
- Call transfer (multiple handset systems only).
- Individual call recording. Quickly record a conversation by pressing a key combination on the handset. When the call is finished the recording will be added to the voicemail box and forwarded by email if required.
- Optional all calls recording. Record every single call that enters the system (please note a £3.99/month fee is charged for this service).
- Easy system expansion.
